Douglas D. Wheat

Doug has more than 30 years of private equity experience and has primary responsibility for deal structuring and transaction management. He was a founding member of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette's merchant banking group before establishing Haas Wheat & Partners in 1992. Doug currently serves as Chairman of the Board of AMN Healthcare, the leading provider of temporary staffing healthcare staffing to hospitals. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Kansas.

Thomas C. Keene

Tom has more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning and operations management. He works closely with management teams to develop and implement value creation strategies for portfolio companies. Tom currently serves as Chairman of the Board of PJ Trailers, a Southlake Equity Group portfolio company. He earned his B.A. from Kenyon College and his M.A. from Tufts University.

David A. Spuria

David has more than 20 years experience in private equity and law. Most recently, David served as General Counsel of Texas Pacific Group. David is responsible for legal activities surrounding transactions both pre and post-close, fund administration, investor relations and working with portfolio company management on strategic issues. David earned his B.S. from The American University and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina.
